Our Gym is Your Gym

The Fit 24 Hour Fitness Center is a local, family & Veteran-Owned facility.  Founded in 2014 by Mason Tsuji , Fit is a 4000 sq. foot, 24/7 gym with  every piece of equipment you could possibly need to complete your workout.  If we don't have it, let us know and we'll do our best to get it.

Here at Fit,  every gym member becomes a family member. In our family, we don't tear each other down, we lift each other up. Whether you are a seasoned lifter or in the gym for the first time, we pride ourselves on making sure that you feel welcome and accepted.

Amenities

Over the last year, we've been on a mission to renovate and update virtually every aspect of the gym.  New lighting, more room and some reorganizing of our equipment has given a whole new look to our space.

 

With your comfort in mind, we offer our members a lounge area with a free massage chair as well as a snack kiosk with a coffee maker and microwave. Members can purchase FitAid Recovery Drinks, protein drinks, Gatorade, bottled water, and healthy snacks. 

 

As an authorized reseller of Insane Labz and Hypervolt products, we guarantee you won't find the supplements we carry for less locally! 

Our new Hypervolt Charging station is stocked with the latest Hypervolt Myfascial Therapy Guns, Rollers and Balls.  All free for our members to use!   We added an Inbody Scanner, a Rapid Reboot Compression System and even a bag for those of you interested in doing a little boxing!

 

Here at FIT, our goal is to be the best gym on Hwy 98.  We won't stop until  everyone agrees!

 For serious lifters , we've got you covered with Calibrated Plates from 55lbs to .025, West Side Power bar, West Side Texas Squat bar, Kabuki Strength Duffalo Bar, an Earthquake Bamboo Technique Bar, a Rogue Safety Squat Bar, 2 Rogue Ohio Deadlift bars, a Troy Power Bar and 1 Deadlift Platforms. 

Strength Training

Strength Training will change your life.  It's really that simple.  If you want to lose weight, gain muscle, and/or just look and feel better, strength training will do just that.  Of course, life is much easier when you're strong, but in addition to moving boxes, carrying kids and groceries and just feeling like a badass, the long term benefits of strength training are simply too numerous to list them all.  Strength Training can prevent disease and degenerative conditions, halt and reverse sarcopenia, improve the quality of life for those suffering from high cholesterol or high blood pressure, arthritis, osteoporosis, Parkinson's disease, Down Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Stroke, Spinal Cord Injuries, Cancer and even Clinical Depression.  To cut it short, strength training will not only make you healthier but it will make you FEEL BETTER - More energy and confidence, less stress and anxiety, and an overall better mood.  

Cardio

Aerobic exercise is recommended by the American Heart Association and by most doctors simply because exercise strengthens your heart and helps it more efficiently pump blood throughout the body.  Cardiovascular exercise can also help lower blood pressure, and keep your arteries clear by raising “good” high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol and lowering “bad” low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels in the blood.  Experts recommend at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity per week.  Here at Fit, we've got you covered with
