Cancellation Policy

*To cancel a recurring membership, please see a member of the staff for a cancellation form. Once completed, turn the form in to either Mason or Scarlett. There is no longer a drop box available for this request. Staff is available Monday-Thursday 8am to 5 pm, Friday 8 am to 12:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. Forms must be returned by the 15th of the month for the recurring charge to be stopped by the billing cycle of next month. (Cancellation fee may apply on certain promotional memberships.)
