Cancellation Policy

*To cancel a recurring membership, please text (850) - 781- 6529 for a cancellation form. Once completed, turn the form in to the front desk and text a photo of the Form. This must be returned by the 15th of the month for the recurring charge to be stopped by the billing cycle of next month. (Cancellation fee may apply on certain promotional memberships.) IT your form is returned after the 16th you'll be processed again and then canceled out the following month.
